Frequently Asked Questions

Can we book our tour at our hotel when we arrive to Punta Cana?
At this time, the only way to reserve your tour with us is by calling us or reserving on-line.  We are in the process of getting our tours into the resorts but as of right now it is not possible.  You can call us to reserve after you arrive in the Dominican Republic by calling us at  829-956-6580 or by texting us at 905-401-7818.  This call is generally without charge from your resort either at your room or at the reception desk. We do not recommend you use your cell phone in the Dominican Republic without an international plan as the charges can be astronomical.

The minimum age that we recommend to ride is 4 years old.

Can I bring things for the local children?
Certainly!  There are many local children that can benefit from school supplies like pencils, crayons etc as well as clothing and toys.  Many families are very poor and have difficulty in providing some of the essentials the children need for school.  We will help distribute these supplies to the needy children, in schools that are off the tourist path and don’t receive supplies from anyone else.. It is also possible for you to ship supplies to us in Canada and we will bring them on our next trip in our humanitarian bags.
